The Sentinel® LEJ Expansion Joint system is a surface mounted mechanical system used to provide a flexible waterproof seal between adjacent structures. It incorporates a central elastomeric seal inserted into two metal carrier rails and bolted to the structure.

It is designed for use in areas that are not directly trafficked. However, its low profile rails and dome head fixings are designed to minimise tyre damage if accidental wheel loading should occur.
