MSL mastics are cold applied, fast curing, gap fillers designed for sealing joints and gaps where low movement is likely to occur.

There are two grades: MSL1 and MSL2.

MSL1 is a free flowing, self-leveling grade for horizontal and captive joint applications.

MSL2 is a slump-resistant formulation for vertical applications.

Composition of MSL

MSL consists of a liquid resin and a powder catalyst (BPO), all supplied in pre-weighed quantities ready for on-site mixing.

 

Substrate Types

MSL can be applied to concrete substrates (minimum 7 days old) and steel substrates.

For compatibility with other construction materials or where additives, cement replacement or curing compounds have been used please consult our Customer Services Department.

Repairing Damaged Concrete
